Schools On Target offers school board team building which exceeds that annual time requirement.

Our team building program is based on a sample of our School Guardian Program.

Our team building event is one day and held at our training facility outside of Marble Falls, Texas in the Hill country. Participants will be taken through an overview of the Texas School Guardian Program, developed by Jeff Sellers. The morning session involves classroom, the afternoon involves live fire training and team building exercises on the range utilizing participants handguns. Ammunition is not included. This team building program is designed not only to build up relationships among the board members but also provides information on the Guardian Program.

Lunch is included. Cost is $450.00 per person.
